Nigeria best Cote d'Ivoire in the all-African show down in the Olympic mens quarter finals. Both sides came out with one focus, attack. They did not dissapoint. The Nigerian back line kept the ever dangerous Cisse and Kalou in chains as they pulled of timely defensive tackles.
Both teams knew each other incredibly well and, as a result, cancelled each other out in the opening 45 minutes. None had total control of the midfield as space was limited due to the close marking.
